Applications are invited for the Greenstar Social Marketing Guarantee Ltd Jobs 2023. Greenstar Social Marketing (Guarantee) Limited is looking for candidates for the position of ‘Senior Officer – Data Support’ based at Multan & Khanewal.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Reports to senior management, coordination with a finance team and perform secretarial & administrative duties
  • Data collection from the concerned authorities and health facilities (public and private sector)
  • Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations
  • Responsible for data entry, maintaining databases, and keeping data records updated
  • Liaising with internal and external departments, data collection, and visit to the health facilities of the intervention area
  • Manage internal and external correspondence on behalf of the supervisor
  • Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required
  • Schedule meetings and record minutes of the meetings and follow up on action items
  • Maintain program documentation
  • Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Intermediate or bachelor’s degree (preferably Bachelor’s)
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong command of MS Office

Deadline: April 18, 2023. Greenstar Social Marketing (Guarantee) Limited is looking for candidates for the position of City Manager based at Multan & Khanewal.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To work closely with the district/city government and provide necessary technical support to carry out their service delivery function
  • Work closely with the program team to document best practices, analyze reports & results, and troubleshoot problem areas
  • Ensure implementation of evidence-based coordinated high-impact practices to meet the objectives of the proposed project
  • Develop project work plans and consolidate them into an overall project implementation plan
  • Analyze program data from time to time with city/district staff, share findings and recommendations, and develop action plans accordingly
  • Guide in the development, implementation, and management of evidence-based programming that is in line with organizational and regional best practices

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Degree in Medicine, Public Health, Urban Health, Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5 – 7 years, experience of working with the public sector would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of public sector work dynamics; family planning and maternal-child health issues, program management
