Junior Business Development Executive – Upwork

Junior Business Development Executive – Upwork Bidder,  Email Marketing Associate (0.5-1 year). We are seeking a talented Junior Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Upwork bidding, LinkedIn lead generation, and email marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and managing the sales process from start to finish.


  • Create and submit effective proposals on Upwork to secure new business opportunities –
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify potential clients and generate leads – Conduct email marketing campaigns to engage with prospects and drive conversions –
  • Manage sales pipelines and follow up with prospects to convert them into clients – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business –
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement new business development – strategies – Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business development and marketing


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field – 06 months to 1 year of experience in Upwork bidding, LinkedIn lead generation, and – email marketing –
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills – Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Hubspot –

Job details
